Ebb and Flow Systems
That Actually Deliver.
Fully automated flood and drain systems with air pruning technology. Bigger roots, bigger yields, less effort. Shipped fast and discreet Australia-wide.
The Flood and Drain Method
Ebb and flow (also called flood and drain) is one of the most effective hydroponic growing methods. It works by periodically flooding your grow containers with nutrient-rich water, then draining it back to the reservoir.
This cycle delivers nutrients directly to the root zone while pulling fresh oxygen in as the water drains. The result is faster growth, healthier roots, and significantly bigger yields compared to traditional growing methods.
The AirCube systems we stock take this a step further with proprietary fabric pots that air prune roots, creating massive root networks that outperform any standard ebb and flow setup.
Flood
Nutrient-rich water is pumped from the reservoir into each grow bucket, fully saturating the root zone.
Feed
Plants absorb water and nutrients through the roots. The longer the flood, the more nutrients absorbed.
Drain
Water drains back to the reservoir. As it leaves, fresh oxygen is pulled into the root zone.
Air Prune
With AirCube's fabric pots, roots are exposed to air and naturally prune, forcing massive lateral root growth.
The only ebb and flow system on the market that combines air pruning with fully automated flood and drain. Choose your size below.
Air Pruning Technology
Proprietary fabric pots expose root tips to air, naturally pruning them and forcing massive lateral root growth. More roots means more yield.
Active Oxygen Delivery
The bottom-lifted drain design actively pulls oxygen into the root zone as water drains. Roots get the O2 they need for maximum nutrient absorption.
Use Any Growing Medium
Coco coir, soil, perlite, clay pebbles, rockwool. The AirCube is the most versatile ebb and flow bucket system in the industry.
Temperature Control
Porous fabric dissipates heat, unlike plastic pots that trap it. Cooler root zones mean healthier, more vigorous plants.
Largest Pots in Class
5-gallon grow buckets give roots more room than any competitor. Bigger pots, bigger roots, bigger plants.
Modular and Expandable
Start with 6, expand to 36 buckets on a single controller. Scale your grow at your own pace without replacing the whole system.
See why the AirCube system outperforms standard flood table and bucket setups.
