Athena Balance is a simple potassium silicate compound that has been carefully formulated to buffer irrigation water and stable it to an ideal pH.

Silicon also aids plant growth, stem structure, stress reduction, water utilisation (osmoregulation), and nutrient utilisation.

Commercial growers have superior results, especially with reverse osmosis (RO) water, when they first buffer with Athena Balance.

When introduced without a buffer, pure RO water has an unstable chemical structure that can trap other nutrients.

Athena Balance adds just enough to the water to make a more homogeneous fertiliser solution and eliminates the need to alter the pH after mixing.

Formula is sediment-free and is compatible with mechanical dosing systems (Dosatron).

Athena Balance is not recommended for electronic dosing systems (Netafim).
